We all had the day off yesterday. Nice to have time to do nothing inthe middle of the week.
I ran 7.4. 4 with Kara at an 11 mpm pace and 3.4 at ~8:55 pace. Felt flat and achy... probably due to the sqauts I did Monday at lunch.
